Go-to-Market

  • Work collaboratively with Desktop Strategy & Client Insights and RASS business unit, leveraging client usage, market insights and GTM framework, to define and execute GTM tactics for driving adoption of Desktop with new and existing corporate clients
  • Understand client sentiment with respect to Desktop adoption and migration, including all aspects of client feedback and desktop user experience
  • Work with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Client Migration teams on white space prospecting, retention and adoption, and user engagement
  • Identify and analyze Desktop growth opportunities for European Corporates workflows
  • Product Management

  • Contribute to the overall Corporates Desktop roadmap planning, working with Desktop Product Development and Capability Owners
  • Prioritize desktop enhancements with the European Corporates user persona workflows in mind, and to provide input at the specification phase and during the development process to ensure client workflow needs are represented
  • Work with RASS business unit to align Desktop roadmap with opportunities within the Corporate Development workflow
  • Actively participate in testing newly developed functionality and ensure it accurately responds to clients’ expectations
  • Assist and provide support in the creation of new product business plans for the Corporates segment
  • Commercial Engagement

  • Develop, manage, and maintain a comprehensive outreach program with a focus on key renewals and risks, and where we can drive desktop adoption and growth
  • Engage with key customers to deepen understanding of opportunities and risks. Socialize learnings internally to inform desktop growth strategy
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing, Education, Customer Success and Launch Management, to identify internal training and client engagement sessions that showcase relevant updates of new product releases
  • Curation of workflow-based Desktop demo scripts and training materials that showcases the Desktop in the best light
  • Manage all aspects of the client satisfaction and product experience process
  • Partner with Marketing to develop focused campaigns spanning different mediums: email, infograms, social media, webinars and industry conferences
  • What We’re Looking For:
    Basic Qualifications

  • Degree level education
  • Strong MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
  • Strong command of Corporates personas & workflows
  • Strong understanding of ESG / sustainability concepts and how they’re impacting investment management workflows
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills
  • Strong collaborative skills and proven ability to work effectively across multiple teams in a matrix environment
  • Thought leadership experience (blogs, white papers, speaking at industry events)
  • Positive and determined approach to problem solving. Ability to manage tasks and projects through to conclusion.
  • Strong work ethic, with ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable environment
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 years’ work experience with detailed understanding of Corporates workflows/personas
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce.com, SalesLoft)
  • Strong knowledge of Desktop solution serving the investment management community (e.g. S&P Capital IQ, Bloomberg, EIKON, FactSet)
  • Ability to navigate product development tools e.g. Azure DevOps
  • Proven record of building relationships across client organizations
  • Commercial/Account Management experience and an understanding of the commercial processes
