• Unique opportunity for Physio, ODP, Respiratory specialist or Nurse
  • Excellent training and mentoring plan for non-salespeople
  • Family-owned manufacturer with growing sales team in UK and Ireland
  • Great opportunity to drive sales and earning potential in this region

THE COMPANY: This is a brilliant time to join this medical device manufacturer based in South Wales, with a 40-year heritage in designing, manufacturing and distributing quality airway management products. They are a family-owned private business with an established presence in the UK. The company is on a growth path and has exciting plans for new products and sales this year. Due to increased customer growth and demand, they need a clinical candidate to provide support to the existing sales manager with clinical trials, evaluations, product education and customer relationship management. The successful candidate will work alongside the sales manager as well as by themselves, to develop the relationships and customers along the M4/M5 area.

THE ROLE: The role involves selling and training NHS customers on the respiratory and airway management portfolio of products to ensure they have the support and education they need. You will be well trained on products with great coaching in the field, but a sales drive and good customer facing skills are a must. This candidate must be happy working autonomously and will be driving daily. Typical customer contact will be with Respiratory Nurses, Critical Care teams, Airway management teams, Physiotherapists and Anaesthesia teams in hospitals. The Respiratory Associate will live on patch and have come from a clinical background. Any previous or current customer facing or selling experience would be a bonus but not essential. Some experience of the commercial world is preferable but driven, bright, outgoing clinicians looking to move into sales and commercial are an ideal profile for this.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE:

  • A professional, driven, resilient ex clinician who has moved into hospital sales.
  • A qualified ODP, Physiotherapist, Respiratory nurse, general nurse or critical care nurse wanting a career change.
  • Ideally this candidate will be based in the Southwest region with access to the M4 and M5.
  • Full driving licence and happy travelling daily to see customers.

THE PACKAGE FOR Respiratory Associate:

Benefits: Healthcare, pension, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday + stats
