Salary – £18,300 – £19,700 per annum – depending on skills and experience

About the role
You need to support the Building Safety Team through a range of tasks, from uploading certificates and checking data to processing orders and invoices. You will ensure that all relevant certificates are obtained and represent our organisation at both internal and external meetings.
You need to provide administrative support for the mobilisation, implementation, and progress to support the effective delivery of the EICR programme over the next 12 months and to support the delivery of a number of projects and planned works within the property services team.
About you
You need to have strong administrative and telephone experience in a customer service role involving direct contact/front line support role with the public including complaints and queries from dissatisfied customers, demonstrating ability to resolve problems.
You need to have experience of entering and managing a variety of data accurately and attention to detail.
You need to have experience of producing clear and concise letters and emails to internal and external customers.
You need to show you have good IT skills demonstrating enhanced abilities in using databases, report writing software or spread sheets.
