Head of Infrastructure Transformation Role
OSTTRA is looking for an experienced leader to drive OSTTRA Infrastructure Transformation and own the delivery of the cost out commitments and build a fit for purpose modern, distributed Infrastructure-as-a-Service capability across OSTTRA

Requirement

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related subject or the equivalent in knowledge and work experience
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience with Data Centers and Cloud operations and architecture
  • Deep understanding of financial discipline and budget management routines
  • Ability to think strategically about business, create Infrastructure technical definitions around internal & external customer objectives, develop solution strategies, motivate and mobilize resources, and deliver results.
  • Curious & passionate about enabling business value through continuous deployment of fit for purpose Technology services.
  • Advanced knowledge of risk and controls landscape, ensuring company-wide standards are met
  • Experience in motivating large, distributed organizations and teams
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to right level conversations
  • Ability to work across organizational boundaries and development teams to drive outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
