Lecturer – Brickwork (Full-Time) (TBCG154091) Job Vacancy in Corby, England, UK
Pembrokeshire
We are looking for a highly motivated and industry experienced Brickwork Lecturer to join our team working across our campuses in Wellingborough and Corby.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of carpentry and joinery courses to students of all level. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining the College’s Brickwork curriculum, as well as liaising with industry partners.
Responsibilities
Deliver a range of brickwork courses to students of all levels
Develop and maintain the college’s carpentry and joinery curriculum
Liaise with industry partners
Assess student progress and provide feedback
Maintain a safe and orderly learning environment
Participate in college-wide activities and initiatives
Qualifications and experience
Relevant qualifications in Browkwork or equivalent
Relevant Level 5 Teaching Qualification (i.e. PGCE / Cert Ed / DET) or a willingness to achieve
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to lifelong learning
