The Bedford College Group are looking for experienced Electrical Installation Lecturers to join our team at Tresham College, Wellingborough and Corby. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality classes to a variety of students, providing guidance and support to ensure they reach their learning goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop course content and instructional materials to meet the educational needs of the students
  • Deliver lectures, practical sessions, and assessments according to established curriculum
  • Identify student needs and provide appropriate guidance, support and feedback
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records
  • Participate in college-wide initiatives and professional development activities
  • Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Level 2 qualification in Electrical Installation, and a willingness to achieve Level 3
  • Experience teaching Electrical Installation classes in a further education or higher education setting
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the Electrical Installation industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
