Job Summary
This role is an exciting and diverse opportunity within Customer Service, working for an international service provider offering workspace solutions to meet any requirements. This could range from sole traders to FTSE 100 companies, offering services all across the world. 
In this role you would be an essential part of the team and ensure the offices are kept running like clockwork. 

Job Role
You will be supported by a centre manager and be responsible for delivering excellent Customer Service to the many professionals using the office spaces.
Other roles will include:
Reception duties
Administration support
Checking facilities and making sure all areas are tidy
IT support
This is just a small list of the different duties you will carry out and training will be provided. 

Required Skills and Experience
The key skill needed for this varied role is the ability to offer the best Customer Service to a wide variety of clients, the rest can be taught! You may currently be working in retail, hospitality or in a contact centre or you may be looking for a complete career change. Exceptional training and support will be given if you can demonstrate an understanding of delivering first-class Customer Service and strive to be the best. 
You will need to have a good knowledge of basic IT packages, e.g. MS Office, excel, etc.
