Key responsibilities:

  • Maximise the scope of the existing LV/MV Variable Speed Drives Service portfolio to sell and deliver added value solutions to customers.
  • Maintain the expertise of the organisations service team through training, personal development, workshops, documentation and knowledge sharing
  • Understanding of Customer Service principles and their effect on the business.
  • Integrate into the wider Country Service Team and other organisation business areas developing cross business opportunities
  • To ensure compliance with Sustainability Processes, Quality Management System, Safety Procedures and Accountancy Policies.

    Essential

  • After a period of training, be able to work with own initiative and minimal supervision.
  • Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good communications skills.
  • Team player, willing to listen and learn, and with confidence to speak up and contribute.
  • Positive work ethic.
  • Able to work to multiple deadlines whilst working across several tasks.
  • ‘Customer first’ attitude.
  • Work keeping to organisational Code of Conduct & Integrity guidelines.
  • Desirable

  • Commercial acumen, understanding costs, sell pricing and margins.
  • Experience using CRM (SalesForce ideally)
  • Engineering background/degree.
