Key responsibilities: Maximise the scope of the existing LV/MV Variable Speed Drives Service portfolio to sell and deliver added value solutions to customers. Maintain the expertise of the organisations service team through training, personal development, workshops, documentation and knowledge sharing Understanding of Customer Service principles and their effect on the business. Integrate into the wider Country Service Team and other organisation business areas developing cross business opportunities To ensure compliance with Sustainability Processes, Quality Management System, Safety Procedures and Accountancy Policies.
The Successful Applicant
Essential After a period of training, be able to work with own initiative and minimal supervision. Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Office suite. Good communications skills. Team player, willing to listen and learn, and with confidence to speak up and contribute. Positive work ethic. Able to work to multiple deadlines whilst working across several tasks. ‘Customer first’ attitude. Work keeping to organisational Code of Conduct & Integrity guidelines.
Desirable Commercial acumen, understanding costs, sell pricing and margins. Experience using CRM (SalesForce ideally) Engineering background/degree.
