NRPF Business Support officer duties and responsibilities:

* Processing Duty Sheets
o Create/locate clients on LAS & CRS
o Create contact records, referrals and assessments on LAS
o Create/locate clients on NRPF connect & update client record

* Upkeep of Duty Spreadsheet
o Keep a detailed log of clients seen by duty officers from the NRPF walk in service/referrals via email
o Record assessments created and which worker (duty or immigration team) assessment is assigned to, linked to BSC creating task lists for workers
o Organise and attend Duty meetings to correlate and confirm clients seen weekly

* Maintaining Supported Children with Subsistence rates spreadsheet
o Add dependants for every new children’s case allocations
o Monitor case closures and adding them to the spreadsheet

* Maintaining overall list of all supported clients
o New case allocations
o Re-allocated cases
o Case closures

* Updating client details on LAS/CRS/NRPF connect
o Address changes
o Family changes
o Changes to personal details
o Immigration status for clients (Legislation)

* Audit Case Closures
o Update relevant spreadsheets with case closures

* Maintaining the Dashboard
o Calculate and update monthly figures as per Presentations spreadsheet
o Communicate this information to the Finance Officer who will use it for the main Dashboard

* Team meetings
o Agenda and minutes: chase the minute taker a week prior to team meeting, once received, send it to the team
o Update agenda with any new topics (ask the team)
o Distribute minutes for review/amendment ahead of next meeting
o Send invites to relevant team members
o Liaise with & inviting guests
o Upload minutes to SharePoint

* Booking ad-hoc meetings for team members

* Maintaining the Duty Rota
o Email team to find out annual leave dates
o Create duty rota based on staff availability
o Distribute to NRPF team

* Maintain IASS NRPF site on SharePoint (SuperUser level of access)
o Organise team libraries
o Archive redundant documents
o Upload new documents and guidances
o Grant access to the new team members
o Change supervisors’ permissions for Secure Staff area

* Assisting BS Officer 2 with processing the payments to clients
o Issue E-vouchers to clients
o Maintain E-vouchers and Tesco spreadsheet
o Deal with queries
