Driver  Hire Bristol  are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our family run business in North Bristol.

As a Recruitment Professional you will be responsible for :

  • Sourcing candidates through CV Job boards and existing data
  • Writing and posting job ads
  • Interviewing and profiling candidates through telephone screening
  • Registering candidates on our online portal and face to face
  • Using our ongoing training and support to build a strong understanding of recruitment and the transport industry
  • Working closely with the business owner to recruit candidates for their roles
  • General administration duties including data entry of candidate/client information
  • Being able to work fast and fill vacancies as part of a team
  • General customer service duties (answering phones, emails, making calls)
  • Developing relationships with clients to help them fulfil their requirements
  • Using our purpose build computer system to enter and update business as it changes

  • Able to work fast and prioritise certain jobs

  • Have great attention to detail
  • Great customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong admin skills
  • Recruitment or resourcing experience is preferable but not essential
  • Preferably customer service experience
  • A genuine interest in people


    • Pay & Benefits:

  • Base £21,000 per annum + monthly performanc e bonus  (OTE £27,000)
  • Base salary will be reviewed at 6 months
  • 20 days holiday per year

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9am to 5pm
  • Early finish Friday if all targets are hit
