Their services range from dedicated nursing care, to supporting living, Shared Lives and support for homeless people. They are in a position to hire an experienced HR assistant to join their busy and very friendly team in Morley.

HR Assistant

Monday – Friday 9am-5pm

3 – 5 days a week (flexible)

Morley – Office Based LS27

Temporary – ongoing

General Responsibilities

  • To maintain an awareness of changes to employment legislation, particularly relevant to recruitment practices.
  • To actively contribute to the team, supporting and respecting colleagues and committing to shared objectives.
  • To prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines and achieve a smooth work flow in relation to other members of the Recruitment team and other departments.
  • To actively participate in PDR sessions, annual appraisal and team meetings.
  • To ensure that all requirements relating to confidentiality of candidate and employee information, including those of the Data Protection Act, are observed in day-to-day operations.
  • To contribute to a positive working environment as appropriate, being sensitive to the impact of your own actions and behaviours on others.
