Prince Personnel is a leading recruitment agency based inTelford. We are currently recruiting for a Consultant Support Administratorposition on a permanent basis. This is a pivotal role in the businesssupporting two consultants with a range of recruitment activities. This role isprimarily liaising with candidates regarding new exciting opportunities eachconsultant is recruiting for. It is a varied position that requires a candidatewith good all-round administration and customer service experience, as well asexcellent organisational skills.

Duties will include

  • Actively speaking to candidates regarding new positions
  • Co-ordinating interviews and sending email confirmations
  • Keeping candidates updated throughout the recruitmentprocess
  • Giving interview feedback to candidates who have beenunsuccessful or not shortlisted
  • Preparing job adverts for consultants
  • Interviewing candidates face to face and over thetelephone
  • Completing templates for new temporary assignmentdocumentation to be sent out
  • Email new start confirmations each day
  • Ensure all legislations checks and reference checks are completed
  • Complete after care calls to temporary and permanent placedcandidates
  • Prepare and send out email campaigns to candidates about newopportunities
  • Actively make outgoing calls to candidates to track candidatestatus
  • Actively update the in-house CRM system
  • Accurately update management information boards for the team
  • Candidate CV formatting
