This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued development of the street community in Birmingham

About You

You will have an understanding of the issues faced by people who experience homelessness and a non-judgmental attitude.

The role

Working within our 101-bed emergency provision hostel Washington Court located in the city centre of Birmingham. We have various shifts available as we operate 24/7 with no two days being the same.

As a receptionist you will assist the support team by being base at the front desk to greet and welcome residents and partner agencies onto site; answer, screen and forward any phone calls; and sign in visitors and direct to the appropriate person or office.
