PAYROLL ANALYST – 6-9 MONTH FTC – HYBRID WORKING OPTIONAL

Search Consultancy are currently recruiting a Payroll Analyst on a 9 month FTC for a well established organisation in Glasgow. The role will be completely remote working reporting in to the HR manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Weekly & monthly Payroll Processing (new starts, leavers, timesheets, changes, absences, overtime, holidays etc)
  • Responding to payroll queries from managers and employees
  • Administration of the Company’s pension and childcare voucher schemes
  • Ensuring all new start/leaver documentation is received, processed and filed
  • Processing monthly third party payments (i.e CSA/Council Tax etc)
  • Ensuring all absence certificates are received, processed and filed
  • Processing company loan requests
  • Produce monthly reports for Directors/Managers (Costing/Headcount Reports)
  • General payroll administration (typing correspondence, filing, etc)
  • REPORTING

    Monthly report on overtime, absences, etc
    Payroll exception reporting
