The Role

Due to our clients continued expansion, we are looking for a self-motivated and proactive Senior Account Manager to join the Account Management team.

As Senior Account Manager, you will manage and maintain relationships with the clients by operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to them. Including the planning and managing of the successful delivery of client projects according to their needs and objectives. You will be supporting the growth and development of your accounts through the provision of excellent customer relations, generation of sales and record keeping.

Key duties and responsibilities

· Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

· Hold regular reviews with clients in accordance with Account Management Procedure

· Plan, manage and sign off projects delivered for your client base

· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

What we’re Looking For

· Must have excellent, proven IT background for a Microsoft Partner/Managed Service Provider

· Must have a strong understanding of technologies we provide to our customers

· Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

· Extreme professionalism and personal presentation

· Excellent organisational skills including the ability to manage and prioritise

· Must have full clean driving licence
