CALLING OUT EXPERIENCED Supported Housing Officer’s/Floating Supported Living/Support Worker’s

Adecco Housing, is looking for a Supported Housing Officer to join the Support and Housing team based in Leytonstone (E11). An exciting opportunity to lead a team of staff providing an outstanding quality service to young people and stakeholders. Helping vulnerable young people (16-25 Year Old’s) by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. You will be part of supporting thousands of homeless young people each year.

As a Supported Housing Officer you will:

  • Working within the Young people service based in Waltham forest providing support to vulnerable young people

  • Promote a vibrant culture with an uncompromising commitment to excellence, reflecting and responding to health and housing needs and fully integrating support packages that reflect the needs of those accessing the service

  • Working as a part of a team that works with young people to identify and meet their personal, social, health, learning, & work needs

  • Follow the lead from line management to ensure that all performance and contractual targets are met and exceeded

    • What We’d Be Looking For From You..

  • Willing to work SAT/SUN & Bank Holiday on Rota Basis (starting 8/9 or 11AM)

  • Experience working within supported housing settings

  • Able to support Young People with a range of high to low support needs

  • Can work independently, as part of a team, and alongside a range of external partners

  • Are looking to bring your energy, skills, and enthusiasm to a new team of colleagues

  • Have an interest in working with USAC (Unaccompanied asylum-seeking children)
