Are you an experienced Helpdesk Administrator looking for a career change? I am actively recruiting a Helpdesk Administrator to join my clients fast growing facilities management company. The successful candidate will join our client’s small and friendly team, reporting to the Helpdesk Manager and assisting in the planning of reactive, planned and quoted maintenance jobs for the team of mobile engineers.
The successful candidate must be someone who can deliver a friendly, high quality front line customer service, ensuring that an efficient and effective service is provided to all clients and colleagues alike.
This is a Full-Time, Permanent role, based in Glasgow. The working hours are 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
