Our Livingston based client is recruiting for a Senior Customer Service Executive to join their established team. Their goal is to aid their clients in creating the safest, most efficient workplace through their outstanding support, equipment and a close nit trained specialist team.

As a Senior Customer Service Executive you will be part of a team tasked with managing the order process and customer journey;

* Building and retaining relationships with customers over the telephone
* Responding to enquiries via telephone, email and online web chat
* Outstanding customer service and execution
* Processing customers orders and managing the delivery process
* Communicating with suppliers to ensure products are available
* Taking first point of contact complaints when required and escalating if needed
* The drive to gain extensive knowledge and become an expert in your field
* Sending invoices and appropriate documentation to customers
* Supporting the sales department with their day to day duties

To be considered for the role you need to demonstrated the following skills;

* 4+ years experience in customer service (telephone or face to face)
* An efficient and self motivated work ethic with proven track record of putting the customer first
* The ability to successfully manage and plan your working week
* Excellent communication and numeracy skills
* A flexible and enthusiastic approach with a focus on service and delivery
* Commitment and reliability
* Proficient I.T skills as there will be numerous CRM systems
* Experience using SalesForce would be to your advantage

In return you will receive a generous starting salary of up to £24,000 DOE

The working hours are between Monday – Thursday: 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-3pm, which sets you up nicely for the weekend.
