Would you like to work within a team where you will provide administrative support in a busy Adult Education learning Centre 

This is a key role, and the duties are varied. Customer services kills are essential, and you must be confident speaking to residents and learners both over the telephone and face to face. You will need to be a confident administrator with previous experience of working within an administrative role.

Attention to detail is key and you must be able to prioritise your work, manage your time and be able to adhere to deadlines and you must be able to follow procedures. You will be required to enter and retrieve confidential information into our internal ICT systems. Excellent keyboard skills and a knowledge of various IT systems are essential.

This post requires a level 2 Business Administration Qualification or willingness to achieve one in two years.
