A Grant Reviewer is sought to join this tech-driven, financial services company specialising in securing funding for start-up IT companies with ambition. Flexible hours, remote working, full training provided.

Since revolutionising the UK and EU grant funding landscape using tech, the company has raised over £50m in funds for clients over a 12 month period and in doing so has been featured in the Guardian and Telegraph newspapers. The company is now a fully-fledged incubator for helping businesses and creative ideas find funding, scale and bring their ambitions to life.

It’s due to growth that the company is seeking to appoint grant reviewers on an interim basis offering flexibility with hours and the ability to work remotely with full support and training provided.

You may be a STEM teacher looking for additional work or a career change. Maybe you are a STEM graduate looking for your first job out of university. You may be working in the tech sector and looking for something different to enable you to gain flexibility with your home life. Or do you just have a strong experience in working with innovative businesses across tech, life and physical sciences and/or engineering?

Whatever your experience, you will have the transferable skills and be able to demonstrate a keen interest in IT- you will also be available to start work straight away.

The role:

  • To provide a vital grant proposal reviewing service to clients across the technology sector
  • Marking mini-business plans for tech start-ups using marking guide
  • Liaising with clients if necessary for clarification
  • Reviewing technical documents

YOU:

  • Experience in reviewing often long, technical documents
  • Experience helping businesses apply for funding is advantageous
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

This is a great role in a fast-paced environment with high accountability offering flexibility. You will be able to work from home with full training provided. No red tape or corporate hoops to jump through. Full-time hours are preferred but the company welcomes applications from individuals seeking part-time hours. Choose your own hours each day.
