This is an exciting opportunity for appropriately qualified and enthusiastic applicant to join the Challenging Behaviour Referral Service (CBRS) administration team, based at Hunter Street Homeless Health Services, Glasgow G4. The successful applicant will be responsible for the provision of administrative support each Monday and Thursday morning, between the hours of 08:30 and 12:30. Applicants should have excellent organisational skills, strong Communication Skills, excellent IT Skills particularly in the use of Microsoft Office Packages. As well as an understanding of NHS Clinical and administrative systems. Be able to provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service Have well developed interpersonal skills in customer care. Ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure. Ensuring confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times.
