My Public Sector Client based in Hanley, Stoke on Trent, is looking for Advisors to support their Single Justice Service Line. This is a temporary role for 12 months, Monday to Friday with the service line open between 9.00am to 5.00pm (requiring full cover on a rota basis), 37.00 hours a week. This role is paying £11.28 p/hr. Please note part time applications will be considered and there is free onsite parking available.

Please note the start date of this role is 10th October 2022, please only apply if you are able to start on this date and have minimal prebooked leave within the first 8 weeks.

The role will be the first point of contact for users of their court services, and you will be required to guide them through the process and advise how their cases will be dealt with.

This role is within a contact centre and is telephone based with a very small amount of administration required (only about 10% of the work), therefore you must be comfortable spending the majority of your day on the telephone. Applicants should have a resilient and assertive nature and be able explain the process, so contacts understand fully what to expect.

Applicants would ideally have some contact centre experience, however, those with strong customer service skills will be considered or those that wish to have a career change into a telephone-based role.

Please note you will receive an 8 week on site induction through their training academy to allow you full training and support for the role. Following this you will need to be onsite for two more weeks to get to know your team, then there is an option to adopt a hybrid working model.

This role will require a clear DBS to be in place, and three years referencing.
