Role overview
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure a full recruitment life-cycle for technical roles; from actively headhunting to role and offer
Build an external bank of talent within your related disciplines, through proactive recruitment and networking events
Proactively build the JD employer brand externally within your network.
Ability to understand the specific skills, matching these with the requirements of the role
From the first candidate touch point be a professional advocate of the JD group.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring they are well informed and looked after at each stage of the recruitment journey.
To help the TA BP and lead ensure business areas follow best practices and a structured interview process
Provide in-depth acquisition data to the Recruitment Manager for review
Collate, upload and manage live vacancies onto ATS, Linkedin and other resourcing outlets
Manage the applicant tracking system to filter and update online applications for vacancies
Consistently strive to reduce agency fees within business areas
With the TA Lead, review agency performance and the PSL relating to your disciplines.
Manage the offer process and close the candidate
Assist with careers fairs off site and virtually
Take full ownership of the candidate journey liasing with people services regarding the new start process when necessary
Ensure all job descriptions are up to date and utilised throughout recruitment process
Skills/Experience Needed:
Experience of recruiting roles within one or more of the following areas; Development, Data, Project Managers, Infrastructure, UX, Product and Business Analysts.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to Detail
Familiarity with the local technical talent landscape.
An excellent external network & knowledge of good acquisition practises in other leading organisations which is kept up to date
Experience of presenting acquisition data such as cost to fill, time to hire.
