Adecco Housing, is looking for a Supported Housing Officer to join the Support and Housing team based in Camden (NW5). An exciting opportunity to lead a team of staff providing an outstanding quality service to young people and stakeholders. Helping vulnerable young people (16-25 Year Old’s) by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. You will be part of supporting thousands of homeless young people each year.
As a Supported Housing Officer you will:
Working within the Young people service based in Belsize Park providing support to vulnerable young people
Promote a vibrant culture with an uncompromising commitment to excellence, reflecting and responding to health and housing needs and fully integrating support packages that reflect the needs of those accessing the service
Working as a part of a team that works with young people to identify and meet their personal, social, health, learning, & work needs
Follow the lead from line management to ensure that all performance and contractual targets are met and exceeded
What We’d Be Looking For From You..
Willing to work SAT/SUN & Bank Holiday on Rota Basis (starting 8/9 or 11AM)
Experience working within supported housing settings
Able to support Young People with a range of high to low support needs
Can work independently, as part of a team, and alongside a range of external partners
Are looking to bring your energy, skills, and enthusiasm to a new team of colleagues
Have an interest in working with USAC (Unaccompanied asylum-seeking children)
