Job Description
You will be responsible for dealing with written and phone based complaints. You’ll receive full training, and you’ll learn to build relationships, resolve things effectively as quickly as possible, know when to escalate things and update associated systems and records. Working days are Monday – Friday, so no weekend work.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for candidates who have previous admin, customer service, or complaints experience, or you could be looking for a career change but have excellent communication skills – or a graduate with great people skills looking for your first step. Attitude and trainability are most important here.
