Do you have experience working as a housing assistant? I’m excited to be able to recruit for my client who is looking for an experienced member of staff to join and assist the day to day running of the Housing Register Team. This role is fundamental to the Housing Register service within the council and you will be paying a key role!

Main Duties

  • Supporting the housing Rgeister team in the application of residents to the housing register.
  • Dealing with general enquires from suppliers (Agents and Landlords) to homeless applicants, advising them accordingly to the councils procedures.
  • Delivering an efficient customer focused service to a high number of vulnerable and disadvantaged households.
  • Assisting in the development of Acquisition initiatives to meet any potential requirements.
