Housing Advice And Benefits Services Manager needed in Rugby paying per hr- Reference: 5214563
This is a full time role on a temporary basis
This role will involve:
Provide leadership and support to the Housing Advice and Benefits Teams ensuring that the objectives of the organisation are achieved, ensuring statutory compliance and whilst putting the customer at the centre of what we do
Monitor the performance and well being of the team and take appropriate and timely action to address issues of non-performance and / or compliance with our corporate values
To continuously monitor the training needs of the teams to ensure that skills gaps are identified and addressed
Support activities in respect of tackling financial exclusion, addressing resulting health inequalities and alleviating poverty
Take a lead role in creating, delivering and monitoring the implementation of relevant strategies and service plans, including the service area actions reflected in the Corporate Strategy Delivery plan
Work with the statutory, voluntary and community sector to ensure that that best outcomes are provided for those who are in housing need / homeless / at risk of being homeless
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
