They are looking for a positive person to come in and build strong relationships with landlords and agents. The manager understands the pressures of the role and is keen to help new members of staff to thrive as part of the team!

Role details:

  • Carrying out property inspections and making sure all properties meet requirements, in line with the Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS).

  • Carrying out compliance inspections and a range of investigations and enforcement activities

  • Preparation of reports and assessments that require further intervention.

  • Liaising with landlords and agents to procure properties in line with HHSRS.

  • Serving Notices to Quit/Section 21 notices to tenants.

  • Investigate complaints and referrals and other enquiries from the community.
