Your new company
This Charity is deep-rooted in Oxford’s history and is working towards reducing homelessness across the county. Due to growth, there is now a new role working as a Community Engagement Coordinator.

Your new role
Your role will be to engage with the local homeless community and work with them to feedback on the support/services the charity is providing. Your role will then be to work with the senior leadership of the organisation to put this feedback into practice to ensure the services improve. You will also help towards tenders/bids using the research you collate.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will have worked with vulnerable adults previously whether that be in a healthcare, social care, charity or not for profit setting. You will have coordinated feedback previously and may have worked in a co-production role.

What you’ll get in return
You will receive a salary up to £30,000 alongside a generous benefits package. This is not a people management role and so you will have flexibility to manage your time the way you see fit. It’s a great opportunity to progress if you’ve got experience in one of the settings mentioned above.
