My client has a number of branches now and have grown exceptionally during 2022.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Branch Manager:
To recruit Carers and eventually office staff
To market and advertise the business in the private sector
Focus on compliance and quality within the service
Managing the team
Working with local authorities and CCGs
Registered Branch Manager Requirements:
Previous experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care would be beneficial
Commercial awareness and a proven track record of growth
Proactive
Bubbly, outgoing personality
