£20,000-23,000 dependent on experience, full-time, 37.5hrs per week Mondays-Friday

Glenholme Healthcare is a social care group with over 30 years of experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, mental health conditions, and problems with addiction. We provide support through our residential services, supported living schemes, and via our outreach programmes.

Key Responsibilities of a Marketing Coordinator:

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will assist with completing larger projects as well as:

  • Assisting various areas of the organisation with lead generation and tracking, including email and call handling.
  • Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns
  • Contribute to experimental marketing programmes designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand for both client referrals as well as recruitment
  • Maintain the company’s presence on social media platforms, including posting and responding to messages
  • Generate, update and release blog posts, news releases, website content and email shots
  • Help to improve SEO across all of Glenholme’s digital assets and profiles
  • Organising events and conferences (both digital and live), as well as arranging meetings and teams calls when needed
  • Support on content and collateral production (posters, brochures, video etc)
  • Generate, update and release blog posts, news releases, website content and email shots

Essential Skills

  • Previous Marketing experience including content production either personally or professionally or relevant Marketing qualification
  • Basic knowledge of standard software packages such as Outlook, Teams/Zoom, Excel, WordPress and editing software and the ability to learn company-specific software if required
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with attention to detail

Desirable Skills:

  • Skilled in Adobe applications such as Photoshop and InDesign
  • Experience with video editing
  • Knowledgeable of basic SEO practices and HTML
