Within this role you will Handle a range of complex customer situations and circumstances and use judgement, experience, depth, and breadth of specialist knowledge to apply.

Identify and suggest improvements to new and existing processes, systems and procedures using knowledge and experience to enhance the customer journey.
Pro-actively manage self-development to have the skills and knowledge to remain competent to undertake the role, support others and grow capability to effectively support customers.
Role: Business Banking Financial Support Assistant (Administrator)
Location: 41 South Gyle Crescent, Teviot House, Edinburgh, EH12 9ZA
Division: Business Banking
Salary: £10.63 per hour
Contract: Temporary (Ongoing), 6 months minimum – strong possibility of becoming a permanent role ( Mon-Fri 9am- 5pm) 35 hours a week
Skills and Experience Required:
* Have understanding of all relevant legislative regulatory requirements that apply to the more complex accounts and adhere to them all through compliance, training, competency scheme and LBG business standards, raising any issues as appropriate in a timely way
* Take ownership of all customer requests
* Able to commit long term (permanent opportunities available)
