Can you lead a team dedicated to preventing homelessness and helping our residents find a home that meets their housing needs in a challenging housing market?
We are looking for an experienced housing services manager to lead our housing and homelessness service. Naturally, you will need excellent technical, management and leadership skills, but your positive attitude to assisting vulnerable residents and empathy will be just as important.
Our local partnerships are crucial to meeting the challenges and you will need excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop positive and effective partnerships with a wide range of diverse organisations.
You will be joining us at a time of positive changes in the way we deliver our housing and homeless services and will have the opportunity to shape future service provision, to ensure that it puts residents’ needs at the centre of our service design. The role will present you with challenges but will also be rewarding, and will allow you the opportunity to innovate.
