You have experience in design, in creating learning interventions and face to face group facilitation experience. Your experience in training and skills within a customer service environment demonstrate you have the ability to develop others and coach on effective communications and difficult conversations.

You have the ability to work in a fast-paced call centre environment where priorities may change at short notice but you always maintain a positive and can-do attitude.

You will work closely with the operations team to ensure all colleagues experience innovative and engaging training that really sets them up for success.

  • Deliver an engaging and effective new starter and onboarding training programme
  • Facilitating group workshops combined with 121 performance coaching
  • Deliver inspiring development programmes
  • Designing blended learning solutions for development
  • Real-time, on-the-job coaching
  • LMS administration
