Salary – £18,300-£21,700 per annum – depending on skills and experience

About the role

You will provide an effective and efficient service across the Responsive, Grounds Maintenance, Re-investment, and Asset Management Teams and to provide a first-class customer focused service to our customers. The post holder will also be required to give general and specialised administrative support to the department.

You will provide operational control/support of trades staff and contractors ensuring that outstanding jobs are expedited and that any required variations (materials, no access calls etc) are processed in a timely manner and that the housing management system is up to date with clear notes.

You will act as case officers for disabled adaptations, liaising with customers and providing assistance and support throughout the process of applying for and completing works.

Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.

About you

You will be able to demonstrate the ability to operate at a level commensurate with 2 GCSE`s (including English Language and Mathematics) at grade C+ or equivalent.

You must have strong administrative and telephone experience in a customer service role involving direct contact/front line support role with the public including complaints and queries from dissatisfied customers, demonstrating ability to resolve problems.

You must have a professional and caring attitude.
