Responsibilities

:

S&P Global Market Intelligence, Junior Product Specialist to join our Global Regulatory Reporting Solutions (GRRS) pre-sales and product team. You will be comfortable with learning the intricate details of our SaaS reporting product’s functionality, security, development methodology and support/integration processes to answer clients on RFI/RFP and due diligence documents. The role has room to grow with responsibilities expanding to include preparing of documentation for customer integrations and providing product demos to potential clients.

You will have some experience in MAS, ASIC, EMIR, CFTC, Securities Finance and Securities Finance Transaction Regulation (SFTR) regulation and or, answering RFI/RFPs for other regulatory/compliance/fintech products. The role is both client and cross-team internal facing and requires clear communication skills.

  • Dealing with potential customer RFP/RFI requests
  • Answering periodical security and DD document update questions from existing clients
  • Participating in internal product and development forums to keep up to date on new features and security processes
  • Conducting meetings with clients/prospects to understand their information requests
  • Updating our internal product details reference documentation
  • Managing workflow of information requests to meet client deadlines
  • Minimum and Preferred Experience/Skills:

  • At least 2 years’ experience with handling RFP/RFI requests or operations role supporting OTC derivative regulation or similar compliance/regtech role
  • Knowledge of SaaS platforms and Cloud based systems
  • Ability to grasp concepts of a technical nature
  • Understanding of financial markets
  • Experience using project management tools
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills (English)
  • Ability to work with multiple teams
  • Attention to details and time deadline person
