Job summary

An exciting position has beenmade available at Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trustfor a Business and Performance Manager in our friendly and busy Contracts,Performance and Commercial Development team.

This is varied role which willsupport a wide range of workstreams including; contract management, the TrustsPerformance Assurance Framework, business cases, business planning andcommercial development. We are looking for a conscientious team player who; hasexcellent communication and interpersonal skills, is able to work to tightdeadlines and will provide exemplary administrative and organisation skills. The successful applicant willfurther develop their skills, experience, and knowledge, supporting real changefor the benefit of patients alongside financial governance.

Main duties of the job

Asa Business and Performance Manager you will work cohesively and flexibly withthe wider team to manage a varied and busy workload. You will provide adviceand guidance across the Trust in relation to the NHS Standard Contract, ServiceLevel Agreements (SLAs), business cases and key performance metrics. You willsupport the development of business cases and the business planning functionalongside mobilisation of successful developments through project supportwhen/if required.
