Project Worker – Complex Needs
We have a brilliant opportunity for a temporary Project Worker within a 45 bed scheme for homeless people with complex support needs. This role is ideal for a candidate who is looking to further develop their experience within the homelessness sector. The successful candidate will be part of a strong team who are passionate about working together to end homelessness.
Responsibilities of the Project Worker include:
– Managing a caseload of clients with mixed support needs
– Working closely with a range of specialist agencies to ensure the clients receive a full support package
– Carrying out keywork sessions
