We have an exciting, part-time Administrator role available within our Homeless Healthcare & Special Allocation Scheme Team

The successful candidate will provide a high level confidential administrative support to the Homeless Healthcare & Special Allocation Scheme Team. You will be expected to work as part of a team in delivering an effective service, and assisting clinical staff to ensure that services meet operational needs.

The role involves supporting two very complex and challenging patient groups.

Main duties of the job

The ability to maintain a calm, positive and flexible approach to your work is essential. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, hard-working team player who can ensure excellent communication and organisational skills, sustain quality in their document production, work collaboratively with colleagues to manage the workload on a day-to-day basis, and prioritise work to meet deadlines.

This post requires the post holder to be able to undertake all statutory and mandatory training and post holders must be able to undertake physical interventions. Fitness for physical intervention will be assessed by Occupational Health.

A valid UK driving licence plus the use of own transport for business purposes is essential. For qualifying staff the Trust has a Lease Car Scheme in place and also offers a popular Salary Sacrifice Car Scheme with our partner Tusker.
