Senior residential support worker (Children)

” Salary: £24,500
” Hours: Full time
” Required to be available for all shift patterns.

What are the requirements?
” Drivers license essential
” Aged 21+
” Experience working with Children in a residential setting (2+ years for senior)
” Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People/Residential Childcare (desirable not essential)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
” Demonstrate a strong understanding of working with children
” Able to overcome challenging behaviour whilst following strict guidelines
” Excellent communication skills
” Become a trustworthy figure and build relationships with service users
” Show a clear understanding of safeguarding and strictly follow company procedures in the line with the safeguarding policy
