Your new company
This is for a charity based in the city centre of Birmingham who are looking for a Housing Concierge staff to part of the front line team within the supported housing environment. This service offers housing for up to 74 tenants at any given point who otherwise would be at risk of homelessness.
Your new role
The role of the Concierge will be to act as the first point of call for anyone looking to access the service. Along side this, you will have a responsibility with supporting the housing management team will all aspects of housing management functions.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have previously worked in a housing support role, with excellent customer service skills and an ability to build rapport with colleagues and tenants to ensure best possible outcomes for all clients of the charity. Housing support experience is essential, therefore any customer service related experience must have been performed within a housing role.

A competitive hourly rate will be paid to the successful candidate for the duration of the temporary period and then the permanent salary is £21,502 per annum.
