Are you a strong Support Worker who has the skills, knowledge and drive to make a difference to the lives of homeless people facing challenges around substance misuse and mental health?

If so, a forward-thinking charity is recruiting for a Night Support Worker to work in a supported housing project in central Cardiff.

As the successful post holder, you will be a presence in the project throughout the night, being on hand to provide practical and emotional as required. You will also be given the opportunity you will be responsible for ensuring the property and clients always remain safe and secure.

This position also involves a range of duties including, completing all case notes, building checks, handovers, cleaning and tidying the hostel.

Working with a passionate and experienced Manager, you will be instrumental to the services continued development. This is an opportunity to work using your own initiative and to showcase your abilities to manage challenging situations, in what will be a truly rewarding role.
