Housing Assistants

Pertemps are recruiting for a large public sector client for 3 x housing assistants to start ASAP.

Start Date- ASAP
Contract Length- June 2023 initially
Location- Dalkeith, EH22 1DN
Pay Rate- £14.33
Hours- Monday-Thursday 9-5 and Friday 9-3:30
Driving license desirable
Basic Disclosure required- Costs £25

Job Purpose:
Support the housing and homeless team;

  • General office tasks, opening the mail, answering the phone, email enquiries, printing letters.
  • Telephone/email enquiries, printing documentation, maintaining stationery.
  • Visiting properties, printing documents and asking tenants to sign the paperwork.
  • Delivering letters/leaflets.
  • Data input and processing (with training).

    • Skills Required;

  • Housing and homeless background – Desirable
  • Digital/admin/telephony.

    • Please note, successful candidates will require a Disclosure Scotland which cost £25.
