This post presents an exciting opportunity to become the Inclusion Lead within our Personal Wellbeing services. Commissioned by HMPPS, these services are focused on supporting adult male ex-offenders across the following pathways:

  • Family and Significant Others
  • Lifestyle and Associates
  • Emotional Wellbeing Services
  • Social Inclusion

    • As Inclusion Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing service solutions to address how to make our PWB services more inclusive, by ensuring that our delivery maximises outcomes for individuals with protected characteristics, and aligns with the quality expected, as governed in our QA frameworks and best practice guides.
  • You will support in building staff knowledge and awareness, through access to appropriate training, and best practice, to ensure they understand and interpret the needs of individuals with protected characteristics accurately, and respond effectively.
  • You will review and enhance processes, and service design, to further maximise engagement throughout the service user journey. One example of this may include building upon our assessment processes to include advanced screening, to identify hidden risks/needs.
  • You will work in collaboration with the Interventions Lead, to develop intervention and other activities that are appropriate, suitably engaging, and equitably accessible, to all those requiring support.
  • You will establish external relationships with key subject matter experts, to ensure our approach is underpinned by a clear evidence base, and to seek collaboration and/or partnerships opportunities to further our offer.
