Prospectus are excited to be working with Glass Door Homeless Charity to help them recruit a Fundraising Manager (Events, Corporate and Community). Based in London, Glass Door coordinates The UK’s largest network of open-access services for people affected by homelessness. Year-round, people find advice and support to end their homelessness through trained caseworkers based at partnering drop-in centres.

This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis paying £35,000 to 40,000 per annum with hybrid working arrangements between home and their London office.

As the Fundraising Manager, you will work with the Head of Fundraising & Major Donors and the other Fundraising Managers to refine and develop their established fundraising strategy to maximise income from events, community fundraising and corporate partnerships against an annual target. You will develop their annual programme of events, including cultivation, stewardship and fundraising events, whether virtual or physical.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex events delivering six figure income targets. They are looking for someone with demonstrable success in securing income from a range of fundraising streams, including corporate, events, and community.
