Due to continued growth & customer demand Randstad seek to recruit an experienced Stock Control Administrator for a leading Distribution client based in the greater Belfast area.

Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years Stock Control, Supply Chain, Logistics or Procurement experience essential, preferably within a Transport, Distribution or Industrial environment
Effective communication skills with a polite and professional telephone manner
IT proficient with ability to navigate multiple ordering systems
Diligent approach to order processing and account transactions
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a demanding fast paced environment
Ability to build rapport with customers, clients & colleagues
Responsibilities
Maintain traffic diary with all incoming deliveries ensuring its live & accurate
Efficient processing of paperwork to Operations teams and return along with corresponding weighbridge dockets/supplier documentation
Receipting of stock within 24 hours dealing with any issues
ICM stock to ensure all costs are accounted for such as demurrage
Deal with all incoming drivers from issuing paperwork to weighbridge
Create new customer accounts
Scrap any redundant obsolete containers & co-ordinate their removal from site
Coordinate any supplier damages/returns by liaising with internal quality & stock control
Update any changes in incoming dates to sales, ops teams and customers
Ensure all necessary paperwork is scanned onto document library and filed accordingly
Customer orders are uploaded onto necessary portal to allow sales to access Input and process Purchase orders onto the in-house system
Maintain the production schedule by issuing works orders
All aspects of Administration to support the efficient running of the department
Confirmation and diligent entering of customer orders
Updating customer accounts and issuing associated documentation
Check and validate customer confirmation purchase orders
Liaise with visitors and drivers onsite
Assist in depot month end stock takes & reconciliations
