Salary – £23,900-29.800 pro rata (+ Car Allowance) per annum – depending on skills and experience

About the role

We are currently recruiting for Regional Trainers to work across various locations within GreenSquareAccord on a full-time permanent basis. The locations available are Coventry, Walsall, and West Bromwich.

Working within the Care and Support Training Team, you will work across our care and support schemes and services, to deliver and ensure that training is undertaken and maintains a high standard

Your role will support the services and teams on how we can work differently to deliver better customer outcomes while supporting the journey to `outstanding`. Through robust training programmes

You will plan and deliver training to the Care and Support directorate teams, ensuring the training delivers meets the CQC and National minimum standards, sector standards and local policies and procedures.

It is essential that you have the ability to travel -although the base will be central, you will be required to travel to Care and Support sites and training venues, with possible overnight stays.

About you

To be successful in this role, it is essential that you hold a training teaching qualification (PTTLS/ L&D Practitioner L3) and remain registered with external training providers to maintain relevant qualifications.

You will have a strong knowledge and understanding of Care and Support regulatory frameworks and all relevant legislation.

You must have the ability to support both large and small groups of staff while maintaining strong communication and interpersonal skills.

It is also essential that you have the ability to plan, organise and successfully execute multiple tasks simultaneously with timeliness and accuracy.
