Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a band 6 mental health worker to work across East Lindsey and Boston Borough with those who either homeless or at risk of being homeless.
Main duties of the job
On a day to day basis tasks may be related to supporting the homeless with mental health and physical health, liaising with GP and other agencies relating to the homeless partnership board. The successful candidate would be required to have good IT skills and able to carry a small caseload.
