You will work with clients providing intervention and prevention for clients who are homeless or facing homelessness.
Working alongside partner agencies to help provide solutions for those in housing need, and intervene where possible to keep your clients in their home.

The successful candidate will have the following essential qualities:
Ability to make things happen with a positive can and will do attitude
Great communication skills with clients, colleagues and partner agencies, taking a trauma informed approach with clients
Track record of forming fantastic, effective relationships with those assisting in early intervention and prevention of homelessness
Knowledge of and ability to find solutions and prevent homelessness through negotiation, mediation, and pro-active approach
Understanding and knowledge of homeless legislation and recent caselaw
Great IT skills, including Microsoft office and bespoke housing software
You will be, resilient, empathetic, with great motivational skills
Driver, with valid driving license and access to vehicle
