We are working on behalf of a NEET Learning Provider specialising in the delivery of courses and vocational qualifications to help shape and positively impact the Learner’s futures. They offer classroom based training along with outdoor learning with a key emphasis on supporting skills for life and work.

As a NEET tutor/ NEET Teaching Assistant, you will be working with learners ages 16-19 to improve their skills and confidence and motivate them to achieve their goals.

You will be skilled in planning, delivering and assessing learning through accredited and non-accredited courses to support adults to learn.

Role

  • This will be supporting NEET Learners with a unique curriculum, which involves outdoor activities.
  • Support young people with a number of different needs
  • Deal with any challenging behaviours or incidents in a calm manner

  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Initiative and leadership qualities, with the ability to relate to young people
